Shop Policies


Processing and Shipping Times:
  • If the art you've chosen is ready and cured; preparation, packing and shipping will take 3-5 business days. If you need it ASAP, request by sending me a email and I'll see what I can do.

    • If you've chosen a custom listing, our process takes 2-4 weeks (according to listings) + prep, packing and shipping will take another few days. The sooner you reach out to me by email, the sooner it's in your hands. I cannot start a custom order without your input and if I do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your order will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded.
    • Shipments ship USPS, first class/priority mail, which includes tracking. Other forms of shipment are also available to International clients and will be listed during Checkout 
    Customs and Import Tax: 

    International shoppers, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. MeerkatBlue is not responsible for delays due to customs.

    Return Policy: 

    Within 3 days, you are required to reach out via email so that I may request photos of your piece if it has arrived damaged/broken. This way, we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and I'll create a new piece for you at no charge.

    You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping charges back to us, Meerkatblue LLC, on all returned items if is not quite what you wanted. If you are sending an item back to us because it is damaged we will pay for the shipping charges to ship to us and the replacement item/s back to you.
