RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Custom and Made to Order domes, resin blocks, trays, pretty much any and all art, is nonrefundable. I encourage you to embrace the uniqueness of your piece.

These items are meant to fill an emotional need first, and a functional need second. My first and only intention will always be design, evocative emotion and artistic aesthetic.

Each piece is handmade, which means it is expected that pieces may have imperfections, such as bubbles, ripples, and small particles that have found a way into the painted pieces and cured within the resin during its 48 hour drying stage.

WITH THIS BEING SAID, YOUR HAPPINESS IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND I GLADLY ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS IN ACCORDANCE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Conditions of a Return Due to Damage upon Delivery:

Upon delivery, you are required to reach out via email so that I may request photos of your piece if it has arrived shipped damaged/broken. This way, we can file a claim, along with image proof with the shipping carrier and I'll create a new piece for you at no charge.

You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping charges back to us, Meerkatblue LLC, on all returned items if it is not quite what you wanted or does not meet your expectations.

If you are sending an item back to us because it is damaged, we will pay for the shipping charges to ship to us and the replacement item/s back to you.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
