RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

YOUR HAPPINESS IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND I GLADLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS IN ACCORDANCE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Conditions of Return:
Within 3 days, you are required to reach out via email so that I may request photos of your piece if it has arrived damaged/broken. This way, we can file a claim, along with image proof with the shipping carrier and I'll create a new piece for you at no charge.

You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping charges back to us, Meerkatblue LLC, on all returned items if it is not quite what you wanted or does not meet your expectations.

If you are sending an item back to us because it is damaged, we will pay for the shipping charges to ship to us and the replacement item/s back to you.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
